EPICENTRE Biotechnologies announces the release
of its TAQXpedite™ PCR System for
fast end-point PCR and TAQXpedite™ GREEN
Real-Time PCR for fast real-time PCR. Reproducible Fast PCR results
are achieved by using a highly efficient and unique thermostable enzyme
blend in conjunction with 2X MasterMixes containing PCR Enhancer with
Betaine. The TAQXpedite System works with traditional PCR/qPCR instrumentation
and takes just 16 minutes to obtain end-point PCR results and 30 minutes
for real-time PCR results—even with long or difficult GC rich templates. |
A 539 bp fragment was amplified from as little as 1
pg of lambda DNA in 16 minutes. |
