EPICENTRE's MaxPlax™ Lambda Packaging Extracts are a convenient, high efficiency system designed for in vitro packaging of any vector containing cos sites. Packaging Extracts are supplied as predispensed single-tube reactions that require no premixing of different extract components before use. MaxPlax Extracts are devoid of all known restriction activities and have been optimized for packaging of methylated and unmethylated DNA. The unique preparation of MaxPlax Extracts results in packaging efficiencies of up to 3 x 109 pfu/µg of Control Lambda DNA and >3 x 107 cfu/mg for cosmid clones. |
