EPICENTRE’s CircLigase™ ssDNA
Ligase efficiently catalyzes the circularization of
single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) of greater than 30 bases without
the need for oligo "bridges". Virtually no linear
or circular concatamers are produced. CircLigase Ligase is
ideal for preparing circular ssDNA for rolling circle replication
or rolling circle transcription assays.
