EPICENTRE Biotechnologies’ TAQurate™ GREEN Real-Time PCR MasterMix is a convenient, ready-to-use, and highly reliable product designed for routine and high-throughput real-time (qPCR) applications. Simply add primers and template to a tube containing the MasterMix and run the reaction in a real-time PCR thermal cycler. The TAQurate™ GREEN Real-Time PCR MasterMix contains SYBR^® Green I dye for the detection and quantitation of real-time PCR products. This product also contains the TAQurate™ Real-Time PCR Enzyme Blend for amplification of difficult templates with high specificity and high reliability. Our patented PCR Enhancer with betaine produces fewer non-specific PCR products by stabilizing the DNA polymerase and reducing pauses and stops in GC-rich or other difficult regions.
