Capping with Confidence

EPICENTRE Biotechnologies’ ScriptCap™ m⁷G Capping System builds the Cap 0 structure found on the 5' end of most eukaryotic mRNA molecules, giving you the reliability of nearly 100% capped messages with 100% of the caps in the proper orientation. The capping of in vitro transcribed RNA improves the stability and in vivo translation efficiency of transfected mRNA in most eukaryotic cells. Capped mRNA is also more efficiently translated in some in vitro translation systems. As there is no need to purchase expensive cap analogs, you also produce better mRNA at a lower cost than co-transcriptional capping kits.

The ScriptCap™ m⁷G Capping System can be coupled with the ScriptCap™ 2'-O-Methyltransferase to build the in vivo translation-boosting Cap 1 structure. mRNA with the Cap 1 structure shows up to 50% greater in vivo translation than Cap 0 mRNA.
