The enzyme also contains a 3'→5' exonuclease activity that enables proofreading capability. RepliPHI Phi29 Polymerase is available separately or in RepliPHI Phi29 Reagent Sets, which include enzyme, buffer and dNTPs. The enzyme has a specific activity of 1x10⁶ Units/mg.
