Insertion Kits (Intermolecular Transposon Tagging); in vitro

Use these kits for inserting sequencing primer binding sites, or for creating gene "knockouts" in plasmid, cosmid, and BAC clones in vitro.

Inserts primer binding sites and the kanamycin resistance marker into target DNA in vitro. The kit includes EZ::TN <KAN-1> Transposon, EZ::TN Transposase, buffer, and unlabeled primers. Generates >106 kanamycin-resistant transformants per reaction.

EZ::TN™ <TET-1> Insertion Kit     EZI921T     10 Reactions

Create sequence deletions and inversions in vitro via intramolecular transposition by adding transposase.
