Nucleases, Glycosylases, & DNA Binding Proteins | DNA Endonucleases
Pvu Rts1I is an endonuclease that cleaves double-stranded (ds) DNA
containing 5-hydroxymethylcytosines (5-hmC).
Glucosyltransferases
T4 Beta-glucosyltransferase is a DNA-modifying enzyme encoded by bacteriophage
T4 that catalyzes the transfer of glucose (Glc) from uridine diphosphoglucose
(UDP-Glc) to 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC) residues in double-stranded
DNA, resulting in the formation of beta-glucosyl-5hmC.
RNA Sequencing | rRNA Removal
The Ribo-Zero™ rRNA Removal Kits (Human/Mouse/Rat) remove more
ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from intact RNA, partially degraded RNA, and RNA
isolated from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human, mouse,
and rat RNA preparations than any other method.
RNA Sequencing | RNA Library Prep
The ScriptSeq™ v2 RNA-Seq Library Preparation Kit offers several
advantages over the original ScriptSeq Kit: improved transcript coverage,
a smaller RNA input requirement, and an easier, automation-friendly
protocol. The kit is suitable for preparing RNA-Seq libraries from
rRNA-depleted or poly(A)-enriched RNA from any animal, plant, or bacterial
species.
RNA Sequencing | rRNA Removal
The Ribo-Zero™ Gold Kit (Human/Mouse/Rat) is an enhanced version
of Epicentre's popular Ribo-Zero rRNA Removal Kit (Human/Mouse/Rat).
The Ribo-Zero Gold Kit removes both cytoplasmic (nuclear-encoded) rRNA
and mitochondrial rRNA from 1 to 5 µg of human, mouse, or rat
total RNA preparations.
RNA Sequencing | rRNA Removal
The Ribo-Zero™ rRNA Removal Kit (Meta-Bacteria) removes virtually
all the rRNA from 1 to 5 µg of total RNA prepared from mixed populations
of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. The resulting rRNA-depleted
RNA is suitable for RNA-Seq, random-primed cDNA synthesis, and other
applications.
DNA and RNA Polymerases | DNA Polymerases, Mesophilic
Terminal deoxynucleotidyl Transferase (TdT) catalyzes the addition
of mononucleotides to the 3´-OH terminus of DNA molecules.
Transposomics™ | In Vivo Transposomics™
The EZ-Tn5™ Custom Transposome™ Construction Kits contains
all the reagents needed to build and use an EZ-Tn5 transposon in either
an in vivo or in vitro insertion reaction.
Phosphatases, Kinases, & Ligases | RNA Ligases
T4 RNA Ligase 2, Deletion Mutant, also known as T4Rnl2(1-249), is
used to ligate single-stranded adenylated DNA or RNA oligonucleotides
to small RNAs for cloning or next-generation RNA sequencing.
Array-Based Analysis | RNA Amplification for Microarrays
The TargetAmp™-Nano Labeling Kit for Illumina® Expression
BeadChip® produces micrograms of biotin-aRNA (also called cRNA)
from as little as 25 ng of total RNA.
