Rapid nucleic acid extraction for PCR
The QuickExtract™ products offer a rapid, efficient method to
extract genomic DNA and RNA from virtually any sample for PCR-based assays.
Most samples can be processed with only two short heating steps (65°C
and 98°C).
The QuickExtract products provide an inexpensive method for isolating
PCR-ready DNA or RT-PCR-ready RNA from one to hundreds of samples, without
centrifugation, spin columns, or the use of any toxic organic solvents.
The simple, rapid procedure is ideal for high-throughput assays.
