Objective
Develop and implement new applications to enhance the scientific content
of EPICENTRE's website.
Duties
- Build and maintain a technical knowledgebase that provides customers
with easy access to scientific information about products and applications.
- Assist with enhancement and feature development of an online ordering
system.
- Research, recommend, and implement web-based technologies as needed
to improve the company's website and intranet.
- Maintain a database of product citations; conduct literature searches
and assign citations to key product groups.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in web development, preferably at
a life science reagents company.

Objective
To develop and manage customer relationships to increase adoption and sales
of EPICENTRE's next-generation sequencing (NGS) sample prep technology.
Duties
- Identify potential customers and collaborators, follow up on qualified
customer leads, develop prospects, and build relationships with NGS
customers.
- Work with current and prospective customers to identify and develop
new applications for EPICENTRE's NGS sample prep kits.
- Work closely with internal departments, e.g., market development,
R&D, production, sales, technical support, and external customer
accounts to achieve product sales targets.
- Attend trade shows and conferences; present seminars and give demonstrations
to highlight EPICENTRE's NGS products and technology.
- Conduct customer site visits with selected accounts to offer technical
support and assist with application development as needed.
- Manage the new product pipeline from product development to launch
for other assigned product lines.
Qualifications
- MS or PhD in molecular biology, biotechnology, or a similar life
sciences discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in product management or technical
support at a life science reagents company.
- Experience with next-generation sequencing technology on major commercial
platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, communications, and analytical skills;
ability to work effectively as part of a team.
